There’s so much on my plate today… I over-scheduled some tasks apparently. I’ll sort through them after this post.
I noticed that I’m getting used to waking up this early. The quiet is definitely the most rewarding part because you can really do what you want to do.
With toddler in the house now, there are a lot of things that I can’t do anymore at night, so waking up early does make up for it.
Wednesday is a day that I focus on SeriousMD acquisition and activation strategies. I know it’s something that needs to be worked on often but there are tests and strategies that need to be tested hence I dedicate a day just to get them over and ready for another week of experiments. It’s one of my most important days of the week which is why nobody can schedule anything with me on Wednesdays, at least at this point in my life. 😉
Quick Tips:
- Stick with your routine in the morning and don’t go off track by doing random things or checking email (unless it’s one of the things you have in the routine) – you’ll notice that a potentially productive hour would just blow by.
- Drink water and get yourself out of that funk immediately after you wake up. Do everything you can to wake up your mind and body.
- Working on a computer, it’s damn easy to get distracted. Start the day right and stay off of Facebook…because you’ll see distracting videos…like this one.
