I’m Dennis Seymour. We build healthcare technology in the Philippines.
In 2013, we started SeriousMD because we kept seeing the same problem: the best doctors in the country were running their practices on paper charts, manual scheduling, and spreadsheets. It didn’t make sense.
Today, SeriousMD is the EMR and practice management platform used by 34,000+ doctors across the Philippines. Over 10 million patient records flow through the system. Doctors use it for everything from clinical notes to billing to online consultations.
NowServing (nowserving.ph) is the patient side of the ecosystem. It’s how millions of Filipinos find and book appointments with their doctors. We also launched NowExpress (nowexpress.ph) for prescription medication delivery.

I’m not a doctor. I’m a tech entrepreneur who fell into healthcare and never left. The doctors we work with are the reason we keep building. They found us, tried us, and stayed. That’s the only metric that matters.
