Woke up with no issues this morning, but I’m starting to realize some things.
- I knew it was Sunday and I wanted to sleep in when the alarm sounded. Had to will myself out of that mindset.

- I actually turned the alarm off and slept a little bit convincing myself I needed to sleep more because yesterday was a whirlwind of a day.
- I definitely should add a ritual before bed so I can remind myself why I’m doing this, possibly focus on 1 or 2 important tasks that I need to do once I wake up.
It’s incredibly quiet. I love it but at the same time, I’m yawning and trying to keep myself away from lying back on my chair to close my eyes.
