Yesterday morning, I thought was ready for anything because I assumed that I was well rested to get back into things.
I was wrong.
There are things that you just can’t turn “on” anytime you want to.
I was able to accomplish some tasks but I could not get into the deep work mode that I wanted. I felt very tired by mid day.
I tried to get through the day but I was sluggish and just shut it down. I decided to get some more rest and extend the wake up time to 5am to see if I wake up feeling better.
I’m up by 5 and I’m feeling better.
I guess the body was just too tired from all the driving and activities from the weekend. Today, I’m going to have to catch up with all the work and squeeze in a couple meetings.
Let’s see how today goes. Maybe I can learn something and I’ll share it with you guys tomorrow.
Now, it’s time to hit it!
