Yesterday was the 4th straight highly productive day and I got to bed around 1am because of a last meeting.
I think it took a toll on my body. I wasn’t able to wake up early at all.

I woke up from time to time throughout the night but I guess deep sleep hit me after 3am and not even the alarms could wake me up or my iPhone failed me again like last time.
No matter, I woke up around 6. Checked how I felt and I went back to bed for 1 more hour.

I wanted to rest my body and mind today and perhaps for tomorrow as well. I need to prepare for an important business trip next week and after a聽week like this, I might get sick or not be at my best once I get there.
I guess that’s my tip for today as I have been a culprit of overworking my body and I get sick once there’s a vacation or trip. It has happened over 20x now and my wife can attest to that.
Anyway, I got a package yesterday. The other 2 2017 Best Self calendars just arrived. A bit late but it’s never too late to plan your year. Admit it, you probably changed your plans for the year 5x already.
